Just started a new Facebook Group for all Virtual Assistants in Cornwall. Purpose is to educate employers on the benefits and cost savings they can enjoy by employing a Virtual Assistant. This is a "secret" group for members and all posts can only be seen by members. Be good to share tips and experiences and have some power in numbers. Please message me or add a comment and I will invite you to the group.

Many business people in the United States and now more in the UK have a Personal Assistant to deal with all their business details but are so busy they are increasingly hiring Personal Assistants for their private lives too in order to release some time and be more organised. They are busy making money, meeting clients and in the boardroom. A Private Personal Assistant can be responsible for all those little things you never have the time to do. Make sure your bills are all paid on time, emails and letters replied to, invites rsvp'd, travel organised, hotels, flights booked, caterers organised, even getting your laundry done and just generally keeping your life organised to enable you to get your job done, on time and professionally. Why not take advantage of our special offer and book 4 hours and get 1 free? Simply email your "To Do" list to me. If it only takes a couple of hours then you will have 3 hours waiting for the next time you need something doing that you havent the time for. Ad hoc Virtual PA - what have you got to lose?

My Cornwall Office has found that many small business owners in the area are working all day and then spend their evenings making calls, social media networking and marketing, and catching up on the paperwork. The trouble is that the busier you get the more administration you produce and you have to ask yourselof how long can I sustain this level of work? My Cornwall Office can offer a solution to this problem. You can outsource your admin whatever it may be and set a limit on the number of hours per month or week releasing you to enable you to spend more time with your family and friends and other hobbies and interests. |

Challenge your sales people to boost sales and reward them with a weekend away in stunning Cornwall. Newquay in Cornwall is only a direct flight away from Gatwick or Manchester Airport and is only about an hours flight. Flights are available on Friday returning Sunday in time for work on Monday. Cornwall has everything you could possibly need from golf, fishing to spa breaks and beautiful scenery for the photographers and walkers amongst you. As your virtual PA I can arrange an itinerary for your top sales person from airport transfers, top hotels, quality restaurants and book all your activities during your stay returning you back to the airport on Sunday afternoon taking all the hassle out of arranging the whole minibreak. I have lots of quality local contacts too which means you get the best price. Incentives for your best sales people ultimately makes your whole team more competitive. All you need to do is set your budget and I will do the rest leaving you as Manager to get on with business as usual!!!!

A Virtual PA can be a valuable contact for a sole trader or small business for times when you are stressed with piles of paperwork to catch up and you just need to get away. However being a sole trader you have normally got to get on with the job and the paperwork gets done when you have the time. The more work you haved the less time for paperwork!!! Then the stress starts to build. So even if you just need a couple of hours secretarial assistance to update your paperwork now and then and give yourself a break you should make contact with a Virtual PA in preparation. You just never know when you might need one! My Cornwall Office specialises in supporting sole traders and small businesses in Cornwall or those with an interest in Cornwall. Save yourself the stress, time and money.

So why would you hire a virtual PA? A virtual PA can assist you with basic administrative jobs, Social Media marketing and online business management. If you want to release some of your valuable time to spend on other things such as meeting clients and growing your network or you may just need some time on the golf course, fishing or take a spa break - thats totally up to you. Virtual PAs can be invaluable when stress levels rise and you need assistance without committing to employing someone. Virtual Assistants are instant help too whereas if you employ someone there will be a long drawn out recruitment process before your PA vacancy is filled. Virtual PA's can help to fill this gap! Most charge by the hour so you can keep track of your expenses or you can agree a fixed price for each project. Online research is a perfect example of why you should hire a VA. Every time you visit a website you have to usually register your details to get any quality information. This can be very time consuming. You may need a day off work just to plan a weekend away by the time you have registered and logged in to a dozen sites to get what you really want!!! A virtual PA in Cornwall knows the local area, knows whats on offer and is usually already registered on some of the best sites saving you all the time and hassle and cutting down on future spam to your inbox!! What could be simpler?

If you have been assigned the job of organising an office party for your staff but have no time for the details and no budget to hire a professional event planner it might be an idea to hire a Virtual PA. Virtual PAs have lots of local contacts and suppliers and can assist behind the scenes leaving you to get on with business as usual. Who takes the credit for the best Christmas Office Party ever??? You do of course!!
